Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) Analyzers

CAI offers two analyzer models that use Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology to measure the concentrations of IR-absorbing gases in a sample. The 700 and ZPA models utilize paramagnetic or fuel cell technology to measure Oxygen.

  • 700 LX NDIR/O2  – Up to 3 IR channels or 2 IR channels + O2
  • ZPA NDIR/O2  – Up to 4 IR channels (including SO2, NOx) + O2

CAI NDIR analyzers’ measurements are based on the infrared absorption characteristics of gases. Using a single infrared beam to measure gas concentrations, they deliver highly stable and reliable results. CAI NDIR analyzers are well-suited for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Stack gases (CEM)
  • Vehicle emissions
  • Combustion efficiency
  • Turbine/generator feedback control
  • Process chemical gas analysis
  • Fuel cell analysis
  • Personnel safety
